2012 Wellness Program Highlights:
        Preventative health care like Wellness exams and Fecal Egg Count testing identify health issues before they become serious. 
        This year farm call fees will be included in the total price of the program to simplify billing.
        Wellness programs save time and money - we contact you to schedule your appointments and package the services at a 20% discount to you.
        Fecal egg count results were very low last year, and resulted in a decrease in the recommended deworming frequency for most horses.  Due to very low egg counts in tested horses this year only one fecal egg count will be needed.
        A Wellness Exam report card will be provided detailing the results of your horse's physical exam, body condition score and oral exam.
        Additional preventative care such at dental care, blood panels, additional fecal egg counts, and hay testing is available at a 10% discount. 
        If 4 or more horses are enrolled with one owner, the discount increases to over 30%.
        Coggins tests will be done with electronic forms which include color photos.
        Ideally your horse should not have been dewormed for 12 to 16 weeks before the fecal egg count sample is collected.

Enrollment form and payment in full is due by February 15th.  Farm call charges are included in the program. Optional services that are offered at a discount will be billed separately at the time of service. An additional discount is available for owners with 4 or more horses enrolled.  A prorated refund for services that have not been delivered will be given if an enrolled horse is sold, moves out of the area or dies.
